It's just about ready to switch over. Just a few kinks to smooth out to ensure the public doesn't notice the switch.
RoR is very strongly convention-based, so you shouldn't have too much trouble getting it up and running. I left instructions in the README file on github but let me know if you run into trouble.
It should literally just be those instructions. No MySQL, Apache, etc. setup necessary; Rails includes a full development environment.
