[epiar-devel] Automated windows builds arrive at last!

 It also works on Windows XP SP3 without any crashes or errors as much as I tested. But is this a debug build? It creates output files. Was that intended? I`m not sure, is it from my machine, but it runs a little slow. Which is a good reminder to put up the current system requirements. 

Also I have a suggestion, to move the Definitions(saves?) folder to the main directory. It`ll be more easy for users to backup their saves. I know I do it a lot ;]
