Add ships to the universe map

There are two maps that can be cycled through with the 'm' key. The first is a universe wide map, while the second shows only the current Quadrant. Add ships to the universe wide map.

This is a two line change (I promise) and I think that in non-debug situations it will likely just clutter the universe map.

This was intended to be a training exercise, not a needed feature.

This has been added (not by me!) via a command-line option "--ships-worldmap"
